I had a wonderful experience at Ascent Hearing in North Kingstown, RI. The provider, Shane, was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and very polite. Shane took the time to listen to all of my concerns and truly understood me. Being over the age of 60, living with a hearing impairment isn’t always easy, but he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The solution he offered was excellent and tailored to my current level of hearing loss. I genuinely feel he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location is also convenient — easy to find and close to Route 403 on Post Road. I highly recommend Ascent Hearing in North Kingstown to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and effective hearing care.
